LUMEN is a homeschool operating system: curriculum, planning, and progress tracking, delivered as a web dashboard, with onboarding support from the founder. It is a tool for your family's homeschool — you remain the school. LUMEN is not an accredited school, does not issue transcripts or diplomas, and does not satisfy your state's homeschool reporting requirements on your behalf.
LUMEN is a catechetical aid for families — not a catechism, not an official text of the Church. It carries no ecclesiastical approbation, and it neither prepares, confers, nor certifies any sacrament; your parish does. LUMEN is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Acton Academy.
The trial is 7 days, free, and cancellable in one click in the app or by replying to any email from us. After the trial, on day 8, your card is charged for the plan you chose at signup: $833/month per family ($10,000 a year), or $8,000 paid up front for 12 months (20% off), or — for the first 100 Founding Families, in exchange for a written testimonial and a case study — $6,000 paid up front for 12 months, with that rate held for as long as you stay. One price covers every child in your household, ages 5–18. Cancel monthly billing any time, effective at the end of the paid period. If a pay-in-full year isn't working for your family, write to us within the first 60 days and we will refund the unused months, prorated, without a retention script.
Your family's records are yours. You can export them at any time, and our Privacy Policy — including what we refuse to record by design — is part of these terms.
One subscription covers one household. Please don't resell, redistribute, or republish the curriculum; it's the work of one family serving yours.
LUMEN is provided as-is, and while we treat your family's records with the seriousness they deserve (daily snapshots, encrypted storage, exportable backups), no service can promise perfection. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
If these terms change materially, we email every account first. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
